Returns and Exchanges
At MOYN, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. This policy is in addition to your statutory withdrawal rights and rights relating to faulty goods. The same return policy applies to discounted items.
How to request a return or exchange
Simply email info@shopmoyn.com with your order number to request a return or exchange. We will email you a return shipping code and shipping instructions. Please wait until you receive these details before sending your item. For regular returns shipped using the code provided by us, MOYN covers the return shipping cost.
Returns may be routed to different warehouses. The designated warehouse details will be provided after your request; no fixed return shipping address is published on this page. The shipping code helps organise your return. A valid statutory withdrawal notice does not depend on our approval, and statutory deadlines remain applicable.
Condition of the item
Under our voluntary 14-day return policy, please return items unworn, unwashed, unused and with their tags, retaining the original packaging where available. Your purchase must be verifiable using an order number or proof of purchase. Under statutory withdrawal rights, inspecting or trying on an item to establish its nature and suitability does not remove your right to withdraw. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond ordinary inspection or trying on is assessed under applicable law.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item is damaged, faulty or different from your order, contact info@shopmoyn.com. Your statutory remedies and rights to a remedy without additional costs remain unaffected.
Exceptions
For personalised items and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, only exceptions permitted by applicable law apply. A discount alone does not remove return or statutory withdrawal rights.
Statutory withdrawal rights
For distance purchases in Türkiye, except where a lawful exemption applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason or paying a penalty. You may also withdraw before delivery. Notify us by email or through the available customer account. Return the item within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. MOYN’s 14-day return policy is offered in addition to these rights.
For orders shipped to the European Union, applicable statutory rights include a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Trying on the item for ordinary inspection does not remove your withdrawal rights.
United Kingdom customers
Where UK distance-selling rules apply, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days. We refund the purchase and standard delivery charges within the applicable statutory deadline, including within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Your statutory rights apply equally to discounted items.
Refunds
We will update you by email. Refunds are made using the payment method used for your purchase, without an additional refund fee.
For statutory withdrawal in Türkiye, payments including delivery charges are refunded within 14 calendar days of handing the return to the designated carrier. If a carrier other than the one specified in the pre-contract information is used, this period starts when we receive the item. For items not yet delivered, it starts when we receive the withdrawal notice.
For statutory withdrawal covered by EU law, refunds including standard delivery charges are made within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Where permitted by applicable law, the refund may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence of return. The additional cost of choosing a more expensive delivery option than standard delivery may be excluded.
For voluntary returns within our 14-day policy outside the statutory withdrawal period, we issue the refund within 10 business days of receiving and checking the item. Mandatory legal deadlines and consumer rights always take priority. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund. For questions, email info@shopmoyn.com.
