SHIPPING POLICY

At MOYN, we ship our premium sweatshirts directly from Turkey to customers worldwide, with a primary focus on the United States. Please review our international shipping policy below.

Processing Time All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Turkish national holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to the United States

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days (if available)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships from Turkey, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep through the carrier's international tracking system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes When shipping internationally from Turkey to the USA:

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are determined by U.S. Customs
  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are NOT included in our product or shipping prices
  • The carrier may contact you for customs clearance or payment of duties before final delivery
  • Most shipments under $800 to the USA qualify for duty-free entry, but this is subject to U.S. customs regulations

Shipping Address Please ensure your U.S. shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or suite numbers. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

International Shipping Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • U.S. Customs clearance procedures
  • International carrier delays
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Peak shopping seasons (holidays)
  • Local delivery restrictions

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged)
  • We will work with our international carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal of customs fees, you will be responsible for reshipping costs or may receive a refund minus original shipping fees.
